Garden mirror (To order)

This garden mirror was made to order for a client. Because it has a mirror behind it, it is difficult to photograph and so in the supplementary image you can see it under construction on my workshop floor. These are made individually, and to order.  This example is 1 metre wide x 85 centimetres in height. The frame is made of sustinably harvested oak, the foliage is mild steel, and the mirror perspex. The frame is oiled for outside use. It can be allowed to weather and fade in the sun and rain, or given a coat of linseed oil from time to time to maintain its colour. The acrylic mirror is much lighter in weight than glass and, of course, safer. It can easily be removed to give it a clean. The foliage is bespoke, no two are the same, and we can discuss the plants/flowers you would like. The frame can also be made to your specification, both size and shape. This garden mirror comes with a simple fixing mechanism which, with basic tools, will allow it to be hung in a matter of minutes.
